Hi, I'll b e traveling a bit so my room will be available for about 3-4 months. It's about 225 sq f, located in an apartment on the last floor in a brownstone building on a three line street in Bed-Stuy near the Bedford Nostrand G Train line. It's shared with only one person, an architect. The room has 2 big windows and a balcony, wood floors, and a lot of plants. The room is only available to people who can proof to be responsible and respectful to the space, my roommate and the landlord's rules - there's absolutely no smoking of any kind in the building, no pets and no partying/loud music/sounds after 10 PM.
