Hi, our names are Saku and Raychelle (She/her)! We’re looking for a new roommate to join us in our 3-bed, 1-bath apartment. Our current roommate is moving, so we need someone to join us on a month-to-month basis with a potential for lease renewal for a minimum of 1 year.

Our apartment is on the top floor of a 4-story walk up in northern Park Slope, BK—it gets plenty of light, has a great layout, and has laundry in the building! We’re located near the Atlantic Barclays station, which gives us 5-minute access to multiple subway lines, and we’re a short walk away from essential stores like the Park Slope Food Coop, Whole Foods, and Target, as well as a 20 minute walk from Prospect Park. There are plenty of cute cafes, thrift stores, and restaurants in our area, and we share the block with a lovely community garden. The rent for the bedroom is $1450 plus utilities (wifi, gas, electric, maintenance) each month. The room is sunny, has a closet, and fits a queen size bed plus furniture. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

We are both in our late 20s and work in the arts and marketing. We are looking for someone who is down to earth, kind, considerate, and very clean. Most of the furniture will remain with us, but bonus points to anyone with a living room rug! We both enjoy thrifting, films, museums, baking, and more.
