Seeking male roommate(s) for a well-lit, two-floor brownstone apartment on a tree-lined block in Bed-Stuy.

The bedroom has an exposed brick wall, vaulted ceilings, a big closet, and excellent natural light. You'd be sharing a bathroom with one other person for $1300/month plus utilities (wifi and electricity.)

Bedroom can be unfurnished or there is a bed frame, mattress, shelves, dresser, and small desk available for sale from the previous tenant.

The apartment is on the ground and first floors with a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a common room/office. There is a dishwasher, an in-unit washer/dryer, access to a semi-private backyard, and a locked/covered area for bikes that's away from the street.

11 min (9 if you power walk) to an express stop on the A/C line.

The neighborhood is relatively quiet, though there is an African dance studio nearby, meaning that there is drumming when class is in session a few times a week. You'd live around the corner from a great diner, within walking distance of several coffee shops, and not too far from a weekday USPS location where the line is never more than 2 people.

No smoking/vaping. No drugs. No pets (due to allergies!)

Star Wars fans, photography nerds, and home kombucha brewers welcome. We're looking for applicants who are ages 29 and up, men preferred.

We also have another room available if you have a buddy who might want to join! Looking to build a good house community where people can figure out a chore system that works and enjoy hanging out with each other in the kitchen/living room/backyard.

I've been living in the apartment for 3.5 years. It's been a great run and I'm hoping to pass off this spot to someone who will enjoy this gem.

You'd be living with Cindy (35) and Justin (39), an engaged couple who occupy the primary bedroom on the ground floor. Cindy is a children's book editor and Justin is a commercial photographer.
