We're heading out of state in March for about a month, and we're hoping to sublet our place for all or part of the time we’re gone. We have a sweet, healthy cat who'll be cohabitating with you, so the price reflects this care. Our dates are also somewhat flexible toward the end since April 15 is the earliest we'd return. We live in a spacious 1.5 bedroom apartment in an elevator building in Flatbush a few blocks from the Winthrop or Church 2/5 trains (the latter has an elevator) and the B44 express bus, and a 15 minute walk to Prospect Park and the Q at Parkside.

Some things to know:
-The building is gated and there's a security guard at the front booth 24/7
-We love to cook so our kitchen is well-stocked: dishwasher, nice pots and pans, induction burner, InstaPot, air fryer, Vitamix, stand mixer, etc.
-There is laundry on our (and every) floor of the building
-The smaller bedroom will be set up as a baby's room
-Subletters are welcome to use our bikes during their stay
