1 month rent, 1 month security deposit, 2 references and sublease agreement. No smoking, no parties, no pets. Must be mindful of neighbors. This is our home so the loft must be treated with utmost respect. We ask tenants to use our house cleaner if possible. Preference for people who want space for the entire time.
