Close to Whole Foods and the rest, but in that sweet zone of north WB that still feels like a neighborhood — especially on weekdays. Partners Coffee and Delmano on your doorstep.
The place gets great light and sits on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained 8-unit walk-up. Very quiet building with a live-in super. From the desk window you can catch a glimpse of the Manhattan skyline and the sunset.

This is my home, not an vacation rental site. I'll clear space for your things and leave it tidy, but expect a freestanding clothing rack, over-the-door hooks, and shelf space rather than an empty closet.
I work in the art field and have been living in NYC/Williamsburg for 9 years. I've lived in my current apt for 6 years and love the neighborhood.
Looking for a considerate, clean and quiet sub-renter who will treat this place as a home and is respectful of the space and my belongings. No street shoes, no smoking or vaping. No pets. No overnight guests.
