The apartment was renovated a few years ago. It's south facing, with lots of windows, and gets great natural light. It's a third floor walk-up. The location is stellar too--near great pizza (Speedy Romeo), cute bars (Dynaco), and a good vegan bakery (Clementine). The G train stop at Classon is only a few blocks away, and it's a ten minute walk to the Clinton-Washington C train stop. Both Fort Greene Park and Prospect Park are a short bike ride away.

The room is available June 1. It's 12.5'x13' and has a closet, two big windows, and great natural light. The apartment is furnished, and the room can come furnished or unfurnished. (Regrettably, no pets allowed.) Utilities are around $75/month. Feel free to contact us with questions.

About This Lister

Two folks (1F in her mid 30s, 1M in his mid 40s) looking for a third roommate. When we're at home, we like to cook, chill, watch high and low brow stuff, and are good friends.

Our place is clean and peaceful, and we're looking for someone who is mature and easy-going. Sometimes we like to have friends over for movie nights and enjoy the odd dinner party, and hope you might be into that too. One of us is queer, and one of us is POC, so we aim to be an affirming space.
