We are subletting for our spacious 1 bedroom/ 1 office apartment with gorgeous hardwood floors, built in bookshelves, and tons of plants.

Technically it is a two bedroom, but we use the second room as a studio/ office! The office/studio has three desks, and there is a lot of space to work. It's a perfect place to work from home, or spend time in the studio after work.

The apartment is on the third floor of a victorian home, three flights of stairs up. The kitchen is bright with a lot of counter space and a dishwasher. There is a washer dryer in unit and central air. As for outdoor space, there is a front porch shared with neighbors that looks out onto our garden! The apartment is a short walk from Clark Park, the Co-Op, many coffee shops, and the best restaurants on Baltimore avenue. Our dates are flexible.
