The second floor has two large bedrooms with queen beds and full baths. The first floor has a dining area, kitchen, living area, and two balconies to enjoy time outside.

Comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a stay—garage parking, laundry, coffee machine (Nespresso and French press), Sonos system, tv, and several patio spaces with a view of downtown.

I am a lawyer who loves to travel (hence the subletting), read, run, and surf. I’ve been living in LA for 2.5 years but am originally from Connecticut. The condo is my primary residence and I try to keep it well maintained and clean. My neighbors are lovely and will be aware that someone is staying in my unit.
