The apartment is located walking distance from Fort Greene and Herbert Von King Park with easy access into Manhattan and throughout Brooklyn.
The apartment has a large living/kitchen/dining space, a spacious bathroom, and two bedrooms. There is Verizon Fios internet and a projector for watching movies and television. The kitchen is equipped with all general kitchen appliances.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. The windows face west and it receives great afternoon light. There is laundry in the basement.
No pets and no smoking allowed.
