Our spacious, sun drenched and quiet Studio space just a block from the beach is available🏖️.
We have one Queen bed as well as a Full size sleeper sofa that is comfortable and supportive. We use only cotton linens😍.
It is in the rear of the building. Lots of trees, birds and sunlight. Quiet. An oasis yet centrally located and near all forms of transportation.
Beach towels,boogie boards provided
Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes,coffee maker, French press, new stove, toaster oven etc.
Our prices are based on the Seasonal local pricing. Please reach out to me to inquire what the pricing will be for any stays after April 31. Thank You 🌞🐚🏄🏼♂️🌊
April 15th - April 30th: $128/day
May 1st - 25th: $148/night
May 25th -Sept 3rd: $198/night plus a 10% discount for bookings longer than a week

W expect you to treat our space as you would your own. We respect our neighbors. No parties, smoking or loud music please.
Pets Policy
Non destructive pets are welcome. We charge a 50.00 per cleaning fee depending on the situation.
