My partner and I are hoping to do an apartment swap with someone living on the East Side of LA, ideally a 1 or 2-bedroom.

Our dates are very flexible, anywhere between early February and May, our only ask is that the swap be at least 3 weeks. We are open to staying for as long as 6 weeks

Our charming, chic and fully furnished/equipped brownstone is on the 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms, one of which we use as an office. The apartment is a block and a half from the A/C train at Nostrand Ave, which gets you to downtown Manhattan in as little as 20 mins. We also live a block away from a bunch of great coffee shops, restaurants, etc. over on Tompkins. The apartment has a CLAW FOOT BATHTUB, 2 (non-working) gorgeous original fireplaces, and is on a great Brownstone lined street.

LASTLY, we are hoping to bring our hypoallergenic, very quiet and well trained mini goldendoodle with us. You are welcome to bring your pooch/pet here if that’s your gig.
