We’re looking for a third roommate to join us in our sweet, sunny Bushwick home! Located in a quiet corner of the neighborhood (15 min walk or quick bike ride to Myrtle Wyckoff and Gates ave L/M/J trains), the apartment has in-unit laundry, central heat and AC, roof access, the highest ceilings, and sunlight pouring in all day.

The bedroom faces South East away from the street (with a fire escape 🌱👀) and can comfortably fit a full sized bed and desk. Big closet and shared bathroom with just one other bedroom.

You would be sharing the apartment with Marina and Wills, two wonderful roommates in their early 30s. Marina just joined us last fall, works in non-profit education, mostly from home, and loves her cozy morning coffees on the couch with a book or the crossword. Wills has been living in the apartment for three years, works in the food industry, mainly nights, and loves a good movie night or a sunset on the roof. I, Agafia, joined Wills in this apartment with my dog (James, irreplaceable, but Marina would like to make it clear that dog ownership is highly encouraged, possibly required, in a new roommate ;) ) nearly two years ago and am so heartbroken to be leaving this space and these wonderful people! It has truly been such a sweet place to call home, but I’m excited to be able to make way for the next person to be able to do just that.
