Hi! I'm looking to sublet a minimally furnished room in my beautiful, otherwise amply furnished two bedroom apartment for three months over spring / the beginning of summer—for two months you'd be sharing with me, and for one month in the middle you'd have the place to yourself while I'm overseas. (This is reflected in the price, which is inclusive of utilities.)

The apartment is a third-floor walk-up located in prime Ridgewood, off the Halsey L / Forest M—a stone's throw from Topos Too and Low Cinema. It's got wooden floorboards, lots of light (even though I took the photos on a gray day...), and a beautiful view of the city from the roof. Plus, a well-equipped kitchen. (No pets, sorry!)

The room is small-ish and furnished with a bed, a clothes rack, plus built-in bookshelves (currently pretty full of wonderful books, but some could be moved), and could fit a desk too if you're so inclined. It also has fire escape access. You'd be welcome to use my room (pictured) while I'm away.

It's available from mid-April to mid-July, dates a lil flexible, but ideally I'm looking for someone to take it for the whole period.
