The unit located in the lower level of a carefully maintained single family 3 story home. The owners live in the levels above.

Unit is centrally located close to commuter rail transportation to NYC (35 min), seconds from I-280, the interstate that leads to NYC (35 min- no traffic), and other great neighboring towns - Montclair, Livingston, Verona, East Hanover, South Orange, etc.
