Available April 1st to May 31st, as I will be away on contract in Seattle, and I am looking for a responsible and artistic soul to take care of my home during that time. This is a unit I have lived in since 2021, so I want to make sure the energy in the home stays positive and protected.

The apartment is just off the EXPRESS 2/3 116th Street Station with lots of great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and all the amenities of CPN, South Harlem, and the Columbia University area. The apartment is a short walk to Central Park, Morningside Park, 125th Street, The Apollo Theatre, Whole Foods, etc.

The nearest subway stop is once again the 116th Street Station 2/3, but the ABCD are also very close by. There is also a Citi Bike dock half a block away and buses running at both ends of the block, making connections to all subways very easy.

I am a freelance artist who works in the musical theatre/dance/opera world, while balancing a very fun career as a sommelier.

I am the current tenant but have been living in this space for the last 4 years and have a very good relationship with the landlord.
