Seeking the perfect person (or couple!) to rent cute cozy 1-bedroom bungalow for about a month while we are traveling this summer (ideally the entire duration!)

Furnished (our stuff is in here, since we live here! but we will tidy up and leave drawer space for you)
Parking- as of now street parking, but we are looking to park our car somewhere else so you can have the spot.

Our home is comfy and centrally located so that you can pack in your LA trip without FOMO.
King size bed.
Projector sceen in living room to watch movies.

We have a garage that is converted into a home office, which someone will be working out of two days a week (separate entrance).

The most unusually walkable location in LA! Steps from hiking trails and the bustle of Echo Park and the Sunset blvd strip (tons of bars, restaurants, shops).

Located in a residential street, our home is just minutes from local shops, cafes and restaurants.

Walking:
-1 Block from Canyon Coffee, Glowing Juices, Cookbook market.
-1 block from Elysian Park hiking trail (views of downtown and the hollywood sign!).
-12 minute walk to grocery store, pharmacy, Sunset Blvd bars/restaurants/shops etc
-20 Minute walk to Echo Park Lake.

8 minutes to Chinatown
12 minutes to Downtown / Silver Lake or Atwater Village
15 minutes to Los Feliz / Griffith Park

We are a french / american couple and have owned this home for 8 years. We live here with our 4 year old daughter. We love our tiny cozy street, and will let our nice surrounding neighbors know you're coming.

50% deposit to secure the rental via venmo, PayPal or Zelle, and 50% before arrival.

Cleaning fee- $125

We will draft up a simple sublet agreement

Rent includes utilities: electricity, gas, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Sorry, no pets.

Renter will be asked to water our plants.
