The building is owner-occupied. We are a creative couple who have lived in the neighborhood for over 15 years and care about maintaining a respectful, quiet home. We live on the lower floors and share the entry and stair hall, so mutual consideration is important. Our previous tenant was here for over 12 years, and we value long-term, neighborly relationships.

Household income must equal 40x the monthly rent. Guarantors accepted at 80x. Credit and background checks required.

• Proof of income
Upon approval, first month’s rent and one month security deposit are due at lease signing in separate certified funds. The security deposit may not be applied to last month’s rent. Proof of renter’s insurance required prior to move-in.
