We are seeking one lucky individual to time-share our two-bedroom, 1-bath, sunny with a spacious deck, apartment in North Greenpoint.

My partner, Nina and I are living upstate in Catskill, NY, and we come to the city periodically, both for work and for leisure. We would like to find a mature, tidy, and part-time New Yorker for this arrangement. While you will have your own bedroom, we're hoping to find someone who is in the same situation as we are so we can afford each other the privacy of one’s own apartment with the monthly rent and affordability of a shared space. We're somewhat flexible on the structure of the arrangement and how the time is laid out, so we would like to find someone who is a good communicator and collaborator.

We're on the second floor (walk-up) of a small building with friendly neighbors. The space is furnished, but not cluttered, with an open living and dining / kitchen floor plan. There is a mini-split AC wall unit with thermostat. Our deck is right off of the open plan living/dining/kitchen space. It's a great apartment with loads of character on a very quiet street. The deck is enormous and lovely for grilling and hanging (no large gatherings or parties permitted - intimate gatherings are fine). Keypad security gate lets you in to a small courtyard and the building is set back on the street in a unique setting for Bklyn. Laundry is in the basement of the building.

We love the neighborhood because we have access to everything Greenpoint and Williamsburg have to offer, but we're out of the fray and securely within the peace and quiet. Loads of walkable great restaurants, coffee shops, and a great grocery store with the friendliest staff just a block away. We’re a 5-minute walk from the Greenpoint Ave G and a 10-min walk (just over the Pulaski Bridge) from the Jackson/Vernon stop on the 7 (only 1 stop to Grand Central),

I'm a longtime New Yorker and Greenpointer, and I live here with my girlfriend, Nina. After 20+ years in the city, we're ready to spend more time in nature, working on our property, and being close to family and friends who have migrated in the past handful of years. Plenty more to share and ask if we get to an in-person meeting.

I hold the lease on the apartment and have so for ten + years. As a creative director I work mostly remotely. We are a straight, sis-gendered male and female couple, and we are LGBTQ friendly.
