About This Lister

My wife and I have lived in the "main house" on this property since 1994. These days, we're somewhat bi-coastal - splitting our time between Harlem, NYC, & Topanga. I'm a long-time animation screenwriter & real estate agent in NYC - my wife has had a variety of careers - including ownership of an iconic East Village sandwich shop, recording engineer, amazing mom, and diligent co-property manager! The apartment in question is built into the structure of the larger house - so there is a bit of apartment-living-style sound bleed-through from time to time - but the apartment unit is completely self-contained - private entry, private deck, exclusive washer & dryer, etc. We suspect the space will work best for someone who is already "Topanga friendly" - but, since this is the "Listings Project" - you may already be that way and just not know it yet!
