I'm subletting my TRUE one bedroom in Bushwick with LOTS of space. You would have the place all to yourself. Priority to whomever could stay the whole time.

Offering this at a discounted rate of $2300 if someone is able to care for my cat for these days if possible. He is extremely sweet and kind!

The space is facing the non-street side of the building. TONS of beautiful natural light :) $2500 a month all inclusive (wifi, bills, etc).

Please note: this is a walkup.

This has a separate kitchen, separate bedroom, separate living room, and bathroom (with tub).

- Queen sized comfy Casper bed
- Big spacious bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen (all separate)
- Desk and table to work from
- Apartment has a few plants that would need watering weekly
- Lots of books to explore :)
- Beautiful light in the morning and at sunset
- Laundry/cheap wash and fold is at the end of the block (30 seconds away)
- In Bushwick off Gates Ave J / Myrtle Wyckoff L (8-10 mins walking or so from each)

This neighborhood is amazing -- tons of good food and great music and energy!
