This apartment is a cozy and convenient 4th-floor walk up right off Washington Ave - with an up-to-date kitchen and hardwood floors. Three roommates share a fully-equipped kitchen (big island and bar, dishwasher/microwave) and living room. The two available rooms will share a large bathroom (shower/tub) that is also home to an in-unit washer/dryer.

Our location can’t be beat: The apartment is a 5-minute walk to Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Garden, and Brooklyn Library, with lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants and amazing transit access: 5-10 min walk to the 2/3 trains at Grand Army/Eastern Parkway, and a 10-15 minute walk to the B/Q at 7th Ave, and 2/3/4/5 at Franklin Ave-Medgar Evers.

Ideal roommates would bring an open mind, maturity, respect, communication, kindness, and humor to shared living - and are excited to share in meals, routines, outings, stories, etc - in addition to rent. :)

Looking to build a home that can be a space of support and connection among roommates, and also serve as a gathering space for broader community-building. I see home as a space for rest and quiet time amid the business of the city, as well as a space for socializing and cross-pollinating friends, communities, and interests!

The apartment is pet and smoke-free.

Accessibility: There are a few steps at the entrance to the building, and the unit is accessed via four flights of stairs. There unfortunately is no elevator in the building.
