Building is a two floor home with three units. Landlord and other tenant living on the first floor and this apartment is on the entire second and top floor. 1200 sq ft total. 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Large eat-in kitchen. No living room.

1 year lease starting June 1st. $735/month + utilities + $25 2x a month for cleaning person split amongst roommates.

Both bedrooms are about 11 by 13 feet with 10.5 ft ceilings and two big windows. One room is south east facing on the back of the house with morning light and the other is on the north west front of the house with afternoon light.

Myself (she/her) and other roommate (they/he) are both queer and late 20s/early 30s, looking for similar. I work as a Program Analyst at a nonprofit and he is a costume artist and creative. Hoping to find roommates who are kind, respectful, communicative, and clean! We invite friends over occasionally but don't bring the party home.

8 minutes walk from Jefferson Ave L and 15 minute walk from Knickerbocker M. Near B57, B38, B13 buses. Building is street entry with two steps to enter building and then 1 flight of stairs to apartment. No elevator. Unfortunately not very accessible. Three doors to enter building with tight space.

Coin operated washer and dryer on landing for our apartment use only. ($2 for wash and $2 for dry). Dishwasher as well!
