1.5 bedroom with truly amazing built-in closets and a LARGE private outdoor space, perfect to grow a small garden in the summer. Dates and length of stay are flexible, I just put in 6 months to start, so let me know what you need.

The space is semi-furnished with one queen and one full bed, kitchen essentials, a dining room set, desk, shelves, books, and wall hangings, and plant containers on the porch. There's also a window air conditioner for the summer. I can include more kitchen things like spices, more decor, etc. Electricity will be included up to $200. I can also include Fios internet if you'd like.

The apartment is above a bar, which is great for sports and getting a chicken sandwich. The smaller room in the back is much quieter for sleeping, but it doesn't have a door, so it's a great arrangement for a couple or a solo person.

It's a second-floor walk-up. The stairs are a little crooked, and the apartment has a few dings here and there, but it's clean and very comfortable. I lived there for 10 years with very few issues.

The house is in Brooklyn's most fun neighborhood, Bushwick—lots of great bars and restaurants, vintage stores, murals, street parties, tons of fun. The L train (subway) is a 7-minute walk, and that'll have you into the city in 20 minutes. The JMZ is a 12-minute walk away and takes you over the Williamsburg Bridge.
