- Rent is 3 month minimum. After the 3 months an agreement for month-to-month extension is open for discussion.

- First month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Security deposit is one month's rent ($4,000).

- 2 forms of ID (drivers license and passport), references, good credit score, and signed agreement.

- Tidy and clean people only!

- No pets allowed.

- No smoking or vaping.

- No parties.

- No loud noice after 10pm (please respect the other tenants in the building).
