Looking for a non smoker, clean professional. Ideally only want one person as opposed to couples. You'd also be going through my management company (for my benefit and yours so you don't need to worry about anything shady) so need to be willing to undergo standard background check.
Love them, but no pets, please.
My building does not allow for short term sublets (under 30 days) and I will be traveling so looking to sublet for as close to the full amount of time as possible.
