This is a huge pace 950sf + high ceiling ground floor, There is studio/office open space a primary bedroom and an alcove room and a living room but it is not suitable for a roommate situation as it is very open. I am looking for a responsible single person or a couple. No parties or gathering allowed.
The mattress is brand new. Home cinema including HBO Netflix Apple TV etc, washer dryer strong HEAT/AC.

L train ( Bedford) or Marcy on the JMZ would be the subway options. The ferry is also departing near by.

There is a large deck /office space available and a private outdoor space as well.
