Greetings lovely Listings friends. I am a female creative director for a major brand and I must be in our NYC office 5 to 8 days a month. My permanent home is elsewhere in New England and I spend a lot of time in Europe for work.

Am looking for a situation where I can rent a bedroom with small desk, and have sole access to it*, but pay less than the going rate, seeing that I will be there infrequently, perhaps in the range of 600 - 800 USD/month depending on location. (*Meaning it’s not continuously rented out to others and I can keep sheets/toiletries there.., am tired of hotels and vacation rentals.)

I appreciate this is threading a needle, but if there is a female out there with a spare room that needs a bit of extra cash but not a full roommate experience, please do get in touch.

Not picky about location as long as it’s not a ridiculous commute to lower Manhattan.
