Since I am a empty nester, I would like someone a little older, Woman only, like minded woman apply :) I work full--time outside home. No pets, you must be financially stable and if you are working to work outside the home as well. No drugs, No drama. If you are in a relationship, no overnights, I would prefer for you to keep that separate from the home. I do love gatherings for dinner, etc however, if one parties do not bring it home. I am pretty active, I am a cyclist , eat healthy and have a healthy lifestyle. I like a peaceful surrounding within my home, I am a morning person, bed early.The management company will do a background check. The room will be available in August, 2025-January, 31, 2025. If its a fit with the roommate ,I can extend the lease. The lease would be month to month.
