Hi, we are a couple of entrepreneurs looking for an apartment that needs a renovation. I am a fashion and interior designer who requires to be surrounded by beauty so we are used to renovate our properties, whether we own them or not.

If you have a one or two bedroom apartment or a big loft that requires renovation, we can do it in exchange for a reduced rent for one or two years. Of course we will make sure the renovation follows both your concept and your upgrade level in terms of higher taxes but higher rents.
