We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, warm, and great with customers both in person and on the phone. You should be self-motivated and excited to learn new things.
This is a part-time weekend position (Saturday & Sunday, 9 - 5) with the possibility of growing into full-time depending on business needs.
What you’ll do:
• Answer phone calls and take orders
• Greet and help walk-in customers
• Create engaging social media content
• Care for and maintain fresh florals
• Keep the shop clean and organized
• Track inventory
• Help with embroidery shop calls and customers
Bonus points if you:
• Speak Spanish (not required, but a big plus)
• Have an interest in florals, art, or design
• Bring ideas and creativity to help our small business grow
This is a great opportunity for someone creative who enjoys being hands-on and wants to learn all aspects of running a small shop.
