Hello! I'm looking for a subletter for approximately February. I'll be out of the apartment February 2 (but could push that a day or two earlier). And you could stay a week or two extra into March if that's what you're looking for.

The room: full-size bed, desk, and a large closet. The apartment: shared bathroom, couch, TV, dining table, large kitchen (with a dishwasher!), and many plants. The building: four units, washer/dryer in the basement, and central heating.

The apartment is fully furnished and on the second floor -- up one set of exterior stairs.

It's a short walk to Brower Park and the Brower Park Library. Equidistant from the 3 and the C, or a longer walk to the 4 or A.

About This Lister

Me (she/they): reporter/producer, love textiles and dancing, would rather do dishes than cook.

My roommate (she/her) is wonderful and a close friend. We both love sewing and DIY projects, so lots of that around. She's musical and keeps me updated on pop culture news. We're vegetarian and often share food, but have no problem with meat in the house. I have a number of houseplants she'll be watering while I'm gone.
