Hi! I'm looking to do an apartment swap over the holidays with someone in NYC. Exact dates are flexible, but hoping to be there at the end of December through New Years Eve.

My place: a spacious one bedroom apartment in a small complex on the edge of West Hollywood (Alta Vista / Fountain cross streets) It's on a quiet, charming street within walking distance to coffee shops, groceries, restaurants, etc. Street parking. The apartment has hardwood floors, vintage tiling, and lots of character. It should have everything you'd need—a king bed, a desk with a monitor, wi-fi, a comfy couch, a big TV, streaming channels, an espresso machine + frother, cooking supplies (I cook a lot), and even a bidet (lol). There's a washer/dryer behind the building that accepts credit cards. There is no dishwasher (there never is, sad).
