1 bedroom, 1.5 bath loft style with a PRIVATE BALCONY overlooking the backyard.
Living Room couch has a pullout full mattress, so in total, you can fit up to 4 guests.

MY CAT WILL BE ONSITE and in need of some pet sitting. :) He's 6 years old and very friendly. Pet care includes: feeding, pets/snuggles as needed, and litterbox changing.

- bottom floor: living room, kitchen, half bath, balcony
- top floor: bedroom, office nook, & full bath

In the office nook upstairs, we have a printer & monitor for your use.

The apartment complex is brand new, with the following amenities:
- A small gym in the basement
- A large turf backyard

LOCATION:
Nestled between Williamsburg, East Williamsburg & Greenpoint
- 1 block from FourFiveSix bar & restaurant
- 6 minute walk to McGolrick Park
- 12 min walk to McCarren park
- 10 min walk to the L, 15 min walk to the G
- 2 CitiBike docs on either ends of our street

$175/day + $120 cleaning fee
We usually rent the apartment for $200/day, but dropped it by $25/day for the cat sitting. :)

No parties to respect our neighbors, but we can recommend plenty of amazing going-out spots in the area! :)

Beatrice & Yacine

- Beatrice: from New Jersey and works in the TV industry
- Yacine: from Paris, France and is an entrepreneur in the tech space

We love trying new restaurants, visiting museums, playing Monopoly Deal in the park, and breakfasts on our balcony.

We're traveling in Europe during this time-period and will prioritize those who can stay as many days as possible.
