Yes, my home is on the 5th floor, and yes, the only way up is to walk. BUT that also means that it’s away from NYC noise and chaos, making it a private oasis among the hectic city. It faces east so has great light, which keeps my many plants very happy. The roof deck is just one flight up and has views of the entire Manhattan skyline. I’m 20 minutes walking to central Williamsburg or, in the other direction, vibrant Bushwick. Within a two minute walk there are Michelin guide restaurants, cute coffee shops, and great vintage shopping. Come to New York for the culture and use my apartment to relax after long days exploring.
Hi! I've been in NYC for 6 years and in this apartment for 3, so I've put time into making it cozy and comfortable. I'll be traveling for the first few months of 2025 so want to make sure my space is in good hands (especially my many plants). My career is in climate policy, but I also love to lounge with a book and a pastry, either around the neighborhood or on my building's roof. I have a knack for plants (usually), so that brings some nature to my cozy space.
