I work in medicine and will be moving out of the apt to start residency. My roommates are very pleasant, down to earth ~30 y/o guys. One is a lawyer, one works in advertising. Both work hybrid (in office and WFH). Often keep to themselves but more than willing to chat and hang out, go for a beer, meet each others friends etc. Common areas are kept clean. Occasional get-togethers at the apartment but rarely any noisy parties. No pets.
