The home sits on a nearly 10-acre lot that backs up to 50 acres of state protected wilderness. We are in Hurley, just 10 minutes to either Kingston or Woodstock. Comfortably sleeps 6. Easy biking distance to the Ashokan Rail Trail, and the lovely Lake Onteora.

Our property is 10 minutes to the Kingston Trailways bus station, and 20 minutes to the Rhinecliff Amtrak train station. Both connect to NYC very easily and beyond. Taxis and Ubers can get you to the house if you don't have a car. There are also shops and restaurants an easy biking distance from our house for your needs.

2400 sq ft., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate offices. There is access to a 30 foot diameter geodesic dome in the woods (not insulated) for yoga, meditation, exercise, dancing :).

Fully furnished and well appointed, washer/dryer, two wood stoves, hardwood floors, organic garden, huge lawn area for games and gatherings, forest trails, great wi-fi, plenty of private parking.

There is a 2 bedroom cabin on the property occasionally occupied by owner, and also for rent separately, May thru mid-November. It is not insulated.
