Our contemporary mountainside home, surrounded by hundreds of private acres (with hiking trails) and overlooking the High Peaks, provides ultimate privacy yet is conveniently located 10-15 minutes to the Woodstock and Phoenicia town centers, along with area destinations and hidden gems. Enjoy the airy living room with soaring ceilings, stone fireplace that spans three floors, modern kitchen, and postcard-worthy sunrises and sunsets with the mountain backdrop. It's the perfect tranquil escape to dig into writing, meditating, hiking, have focused work time or enjoy family time.

Here is how the four rooms are currently set up:
- Primary has king bed and small desk (ensuite)
- Guest room has queen bed (ensuit) & desk
- Children's room with two cribs (ensuite)
- Playroom with kids toys (we use a tri-fold foam mattress for guests in here)
*you will have access to a fitness area in a structure out back if it's completed in time!

We did some remodeling and I'm waiting to get a few more things done before taking interior photos. The kitchen shown is complete and I have included one photo of the main space before the renovation, so that you can see the layout.

About This Lister

My family will be traveling for all of May (TBD through mid-June), and would like to rent our home to a trustworthy family, couple, or individual. We have two young children, and are happy to leave relevant items for kids out or tuck them away.

Our ideal is to rent for the full month (you get MDW!), though we are willing to consider a 2-week stay. Please message me for additional photos and with any questions.

About the owners: I work in brand marketing/communications for fashion and retail brands, and my husband is an engineer (currently building tech to make the lights and switches in our homes smarter/better!). Woodstock has been a great hybrid for us to have QT with our two young children with city access. We left California last summer after 12 years, so we feel like hybrid east/west coasters.
