Quiet with West-facing windows and lots of light. Bedroom with queen bed & closet. Dining room w/ table/chairs, small desk. Living room w/ couch, armchair, bookcases, Roku TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom w/ bathtub/shower. No washer/dryer in the building.

Family building — no parties.
