Rent:
$1622/month

Move In:
December 15 (flexible)

Lease Term:
Current lease runs through April 15, 2025, and we will likely renew at that time if you are interested in longer term.

About the place:
- 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit in a house
- Street parking
- Tons of light, living space, and multiple outdoor patios/decks

About the Room:
- Large enough to fit a queen sized bed, a desk, and a dresser comfortably (can come furnished with these items)
- Two large closets

About the Neighborhood:
Just up in the hills, but very close to groceries, restaurants, bars, the Hollywood Bowl, everything you need.

About Us:
Two good friends from Chicago who reunited in LA! We are both entertainment professionals who take our jobs seriously, but we promise we won’t only talk about movies all the time. We’re both into outdoors activities, seeing live music, and exploring LA!

About You:
Someone who’s looking to make new friends and live in an awesome house. Someone who is respectful and chill, but also looking to have a movie night or a few drinks on the weekend with the roomies.

We keep the place tidy and clean, but we're not obsessive about it. Generally keep regular hours during the week (wake up 7am-8am, in bed between 11pm-12pm).
