I am a writer, podcaster, and video creator who works from home and enjoys extremely flexible hours. I've lived in this house for over 20 years, and I love Fort Greene. There have only been handful of renters over the years—people tend to stay for a nice chunk of time. The house was built in the 1890s and has undergone minimal renovation. Previous tenants moved out at the end of January and since then the apartment has been repainted and new appliances were installed in the kitchen.
