The apartment: Located 3 short blocks from Herbert Von King Park, a 6 minute walk to both the myrtle-willoughby and bedford-nostrand G stops, and half a block to Lincoln Market. Small backyard with a grill and enough room for dinner parties of 8. In-unit washer and dryer. Young cat named Tombo. We are not looking to add another cat or dog to the house (sorry!). First floor unit. My roommates are both 29+ and are looking for a roommate that is 26 y/o or older. Lease ends June 30, 2026 and you have an option to extend. I'm only moving out because I lost my job. I have loved this apartment for the last three years, you will too!
