Our apartment is located off the Nostrand AC and the Nostrand 3 about a 30 minute walk from Prospect Park. It's a spacious rent-stabilized apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This room has it's own private bathroom with a shower. The building has an elevator, package lockers, and laundry.

This room is located off of the kitchen, and during the week we'll usually be in and out of the kitchen in the morning around 8-9 and dinner 6-9:00. It might be the best fit for someone with a similar schedule or someone who doesn't mind a little noise in the mornings.

Rent: $1200 + Utilities *usually between $50-70
