Subletting our 2 bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side.

Perfect location on 82nd and Amsterdam next to the 1 train as well as short walk to Central Park and the B and C train.

The apartment comes with a very friendly cat 🐱 and a beautiful garden with 2 BBQ's and 2 large picnic tables. The garden is shared by the building.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a walk-up. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has a day bed that can open to a queen-sized bed as well as a desk with a monitor. The living room has a tv, and comfy sofa as well as a small table to eat at. The kitchen is stocked with all of the necessary equipment.

The apartment is in the back of the building so there is no noise from the street.

Sublease will be from December 15-January 13.

We are asking for $3500. We are offering a $600+ discount from our monthly rent and bills in exchange for pet sitting out cat Genie.

About This Lister

We are hoping to sublease our home and also find someone who is willing to take great care of our 5 year old cat, Genie. The building is very quiet with amazing neighbors who we are friends with.

Both my husband and I work in tech and are very clean and take good care of our home and we are hoping to find someone who will do the same while we are traveling.
