The apartment is fully furnished, with a bathtub, shower, queen size bed, large work desk, record player and couch. Fresh Towels will be provided. The kitchen has an oven, stove, fridge, air-fryer and microwave. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Apartment is suited for a single guest or couple, and is LGBTQ friendly.
Greenpoint is a lovely neighborhood, filled with some of NYC's finest restaurants/bars, nearby parks and has an overall charming, artistic and laid-back aura.
Price: $2000/biweekly or $3400/mth
+ deposit (depending on length of stay)

-Return key (instructions will be shared.)
-Poof of income and work: Website / CV / Pay-stub etc
A written sublet agreement will be provided.
