Huge duplex apartment in Rockaway Beach close to shops, beach, and A Train! This flat is the upper flat of a two unit house. Two bedrooms and one office. TV upstairs. There is backyard access. There is no washer/dryer upstairs, but there is a Euro unit in the downstairs flat, which you can use. Storage space in garage for surfboards, wetsuits, and bikes. Street parking is plentiful (alt side 1x per week).

Rent includes everything. $2500 for two weeks.

The house is located on one of the quieter streets on the bayside of Rockaway Beach. We are a four block walk to the A train at 67th St, the Rockaway Blvd Shopping area (Super Burrito, Vino By the Sea, Locals Surf Shop, and more), Stop n Shop, and just a 6 block walk to the 67th and 69th St beaches. We’re 2 blocks from Jamaica Bay. 20-30 minute train or car ride to JFK. The Far Rockaway LIRR is a 10 minute drive.

Open to small dogs and couples.

No parties. No smoking. No cooking meat indoors or in any of our pans. Thus vegetarians and vegans are preferred, but also if you're buying stuff out and eating at restaurants I don't care. Just prefer no dead animals in my pans.
