There are two private rooms available in this 3 bedroom apartment that takes the whole second floor of a 4-story house. It's close to bus route 60 and the pink line and has free street parking. The apartment includes an in unit washer and dryer, central AC and heating, and a dishwasher. The apartment is fully furnished with a TV, piano keyboard, pullout sofa bed, and more. The shared outdoor patio has a hammock, a grill/smoker, privacy fences, and custom-built benches and tables. I'm subleasing the first room for $950 per month, and the second room with an ensuite half bath for $1050 per month. The price includes all bills! Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and gas are included. There is a security deposit of one month's rent.

Rental requirements
To apply:
1. Please make an appointment with me for an apartment tour and roommate interview.
2. After the tour and interview, I will send you links to an application form and a background/credit check form. Please fill out the application form and send it back to me. Please fill out the background/credit check form online. The background/credit check will cost you $25.
3. Once you have completed both forms, I can process your application and offer you a lease.
4. For move in, I'll require your first month's rent and your security deposit.
