We’re a married couple in our 30s relocating abroad for work. We’ve taken great care of the apartment and have had a really positive experience with building management. Rental requirements

All applicants must complete the building’s standard application and screening process. This includes a background and credit check conducted directly by management.

Application fee: $20

Income requirement: applicants should earn at least 40x the monthly rent in annual gross income

Upon submission of the application, a $1,000 refundable deposit is required to take the unit off the market while the application and background screening are completed. This deposit is reimbursable in accordance with the building’s approval process.
