This is our large (1800 square foot) and beautiful house on the border between Echo Park and Silverlake.

The house has 2 medium-sized bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a pull out sofa bed because we use it as an office) and 1 large primary bedroom (with a king bed). There are two full bathrooms. Also a big kitchen, dining room with table and 6 chairs and a baby grand piano, and a large living room with couch, chairs, and a projector set-up.

The house has a large front and backyard, all completely enclosed (if you have a doggy), as well as a whole separate office space on the lower level (accessed by going outside, down a set of stairs, and into a separate entrance). Also a nice front porch with couch and seating for morning and evening hangs, and a large outdoor dining table in the back for hosting.

House also has a driveway that can fit up to three cars, wi-fi, A/C and heat, various nice bits of furniture. Neighborhood is very walkable, with tons of cool restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores within a 10-15 minute walk.

We can be flexible on dates a bit. Also, scout's honor, we're charging a good chunk less than we pay (basically we're comping utilities; I can share specifics if need be!). Thanks so much!
