We have two young children so the house is currently set up for a family. With some notice we can adjust these setups if needed:

Primary bedroom is en suite and has glass doors opening up to a deck and sauna (second deck wraps around the living/dining area).

Other bedrooms are set up currently as a kids room and office w/daybed.

Family room (white room) has flat screen with apple tv. Kitchen has all the essentials.

The house is on a small and quiet street in Mt. Washington so it feels removed and private but it's also a 5 minute drive to both York Blvd and Figueroa shops and restaurants. Very easy access to the 2, 5, and 110 freeways. Nice for walking the hills.

Price includes utilities and linens.

Bi-weekly cleaning fee of $200 additional i.e. $800 for two months.

Can extend through the end of August. Weekly rental is possible but we prefer extended stays.

We have lived in Mount Washington for over 10 years. Both of us work in film and commercial production. We have two young children and hope we can find a family or professional looking for a quiet sanctuary to call home this summer.
